How long does it take to ship my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For custom or made-to-order pieces, please allow 6-8 weeks for craftsmanship and curing before your item is dispatched.
Do you offer custom dimensions or designs?
Yes, we specialize in bespoke woodworking. You can contact our design team through the 'Custom Orders' page to request specific dimensions, wood species, or finish types.
How should I care for my natural wood furniture?
We recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and direct sunlight. Every 6-12 months, apply a high-quality wood wax or oil to maintain the moisture and luster of the grain.
What is your return policy for handcrafted items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard catalog items in original condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Is assembly required upon delivery?
Most of our smaller pieces arrive fully assembled. For larger dining tables or bed frames, some simple assembly may be required; we provide all necessary hardware and easy-to-follow instructions.
