At Woodworkers, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted furniture or decor doesn't fit your space perfectly, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Carefully repack the item in its original wooden crate or packaging to ensure it remains protected from damage during the transit back to our workshop.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement piece within 5 to 7 business days.
